How long is the shipping days?

It take 3 to 10 working days for west malaysia. Sabah & Sarawak may take 10 to 20 working days.


Shipping rate notice by location

West Malaysia RM 6.00 for basic weight (~0.5kg) RM 1.00 extra cost for each additional 0.1kg Sabah RM 9.00 for basic weight (~0.5kg) RM 1.00 extra cost for each additional 0.1kg Sarawak RM 8.00 for basic weight (~0.5kg) RM 1.00 extra cost for each additional 0.1kg

3. Exchange for wrong size / damage

Wrong size, after purchase

Kindly please bring the receipt and the item(s) to the outlet where you have bought the uniform at within 7 days of your purchase to exchange it with any items of similar value or less.


What if the product prise that I had to exchange is different with the other product ?

You certainly can! However, note that you will need to pay for the extra amount if the items you are exchanging into are higher priced that what you have bought.


After i had purchase, i found out that there was a hole on the shirt can i exchange it ?

Yes. Kindly please bring the receipt and the item(s) to the outlet where you bought within 7 days from your purchase to exchange. We encourage customer check the product before purchase.

4. Custom-made

Custom-made uniform ?

We only offer custom-made uniforms when you make a bulk order of 20-100 items. If you are interested, kindly please Contact Us.

Sorry, we no have custom-made shoes service.

5. Purchase details

Any Credit Card Charges?

NO, we don’t take any credit card transaction fees or any minimum amount to spend.

6. Cancer order

Can I Cancel My Order and Obtain Refund?

You can cancel the order and you will get the refund if the product is not yet processed (within 2 days after purchase).

We suggess customer to shop carefully because there is no refund if the product is already on the way to your shipping address.
